Terms of Use
By using garag.ee you agree to these terms. They’re written to be short and readable; if anything is unclear, email us before you rely on it.
What garag.ee is
garag.ee is a listing platform that lets private sellers publish used car parts and lets buyers find and contact them. We provide the listings, the storefront and the tools — we are not a party to any sale and do not take ownership of, inspect or handle the parts.
Transactions between users
Sales happen directly between buyer and seller. Price, payment, collection or delivery, warranties and returns are agreed between those two parties. garag.ee does not process payment for parts and is not responsible for the accuracy of a listing, the condition or legality of an item, or whether a sale completes. Buyers should verify details with the seller before paying.
Seller responsibilities
If you list parts, you confirm that you have the right to sell them, that your listings are accurate and not misleading, and that the items and your sale of them comply with applicable law. You must not list stolen, illegal, or counterfeit goods, or use the platform for fraud or spam. You’re responsible for any tax arising from your sales.
Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles EU VAT where applicable. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We charge no commission or transaction fee on part sales. See pricing for current plans.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By listing, you grant garag.ee a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content for the purpose of running and promoting the service. You can remove your listings at any time.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, garag.ee is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions between users or from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
