How garag.ee works

garag.ee is an inventory and storefront tool for people selling used car parts. Sellers list parts under one shareable link; buyers browse and contact the seller directly. We don't sit in the middle of the transaction.

For buyers

No account needed. Open a car page or seller storefront, browse the listed parts, and contact the seller directly via WhatsApp about what you want.

Price, condition, payment, and collection or shipping are agreed directly with the seller — garag.ee doesn't process payment for parts and isn't party to the transaction. Check photos, OEM numbers, and condition grades on the listing before you reach out.

For sellers — getting started

Create an account with your email — you'll receive a one-time login link, no password needed. Once in, add your first car (make, model, year, engine code) and start listing its parts.

The free plan covers one car and ten parts. Paid plans add more cars and parts, search indexing, and additional tools — see pricing for the full breakdown. There are no transaction fees on any plan; you keep 100% of what you sell a part for.

Parts and inventory

Each part is listed under a specific car. You choose from a structured taxonomy of part names, add an OEM number, set a condition grade, upload photos, and set a price. Parts can be marked as Available, Reserved, Sold, or Scrapped — status updates reflect immediately on your public storefront.

From the Inventory view you can filter by car or status, bulk-update statuses, and manage your full parts list across all cars in one place.

Condition grades

Parts use a four-point condition scale:

A · Clean
Like new, minimal wear.
B · Used
Good condition, normal wear.
C · Worn
Heavy wear, fully functional.
D · Core
Rebuildable or parts only.

The grade shows on every listing so buyers know what they're getting before they ask.

Warehouse and bin locations

If you store parts across multiple locations, you can set up a bin system in the Warehouse section. Define your own grid of labelled bins, then assign parts to bins — either from the part form or directly in the warehouse view.

Each part and bin has a QR code. Use the Scan page to point your phone at any QR label and jump straight to that part — or assign it to a bin on the spot. Printable label presets are coming soon.

Accounts and billing

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email — no password to set or remember. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, which also handles VAT. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Archiving a car keeps it as a private record and removes it from your public storefront. Archived cars can be permanently deleted from your garage if needed.

Contact
