Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Payments for garag.ee subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, and refund processing on behalf of garag.ee.

Subscriptions

garag.ee offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Hobbyist and Trader). When you subscribe, you are purchasing access to platform features for the duration of the billing period.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are requesting immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw from the contract under EU consumer law once access has been granted.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@garag.ee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may apply in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
  • You were charged after a cancellation that was confirmed by us
  • A significant technical failure on our side prevented you from using the service

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@garag.ee within 14 days of the charge, describing the issue. We will review it and respond within 5 business days.

Refunds, where approved, are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Annual Plans

If you purchase an annual plan and change your mind before meaningful use of the service, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will consider a pro-rata refund at our discretion. After 7 days, annual payments are non-refundable.
